  • No matter which sector you operate in, TOUCH Business offers a tailored sales lead management system. From salesperson calendars for retail through to commercial and newbuild tender creation, each stage of the sales lead process is catered for and tracked.

  • For commercial/newbuild contracts or the larger retail orders, TOUCH Business has a contract management system allowing you to manage a track progress of fabrication, delivery, installation and invoicing with real-time reports available.

  • In conjunction with TOUCH Portal, there is the ability for your customers to place and/or sign-off orders electronically. TOUCH Business also allows your internal sales order processors to create direct orders and/or call-off pre-processed plots from commercial or newbuild contracts. In addition to this, customers operating in the retail sector can log and communicate with the local planning authorities for planning permission, building warrants and completion certificates.

  • When fully configured, TOUCH Business will perform all purchasing tasks and maintain a stock control system. Where your suppliers are able, TOUCH Business will send all orders digitally either through PDF or EDI, removing the risk of transposition errors. Goods inward can be booked in via barcode and logged within the system.

  • TOUCH Business can provide autonomous production planning taking a number of factors into consideration such as production capacities, customer delivery days, supplier lead times, holidays, etc. At any time supervisory staff can view the production plans and fine-tune. If linked to TOUCH Factory, the production plan will be updated in real-time with the current status of days, batches, orders, items and sub-components. As standard, TOUCH Business can deal with split or phased production.

  • With the system being setup with customer delivery days and routes, TOUCH Business can effectively undertake all route management functions by generating the most efficient route plan for a delivery run, even routes spanning multiple days. Again if linked to TOUCH Factory, TOUCH Business can track loading deadlines and has the ability to deal with partial deliveries and invoicing with balancing items being placed on back order. The dispatch planning feature also integrates seamlessly with TOUCH Courier to provide an electronic proof of delivery system by scanning deliveries at the customer and obtaining a digital signature.

  • For the retail, newbuild and commercial sectors where you may have your own fitting teams, TOUCH Business provides installations schedules keeping clients updated on progress automatically.
